Words can totally express how happy I am right now, but I don't have the time, nor patience to right them all done. Either way, the title sums it up extremely nicely. I've finished the portrait I was working on!!! In my previous journal, "Mad jokers, LSD, and Halloween!", I spoke of a painting I had in mind, that I wanted to start on as soon as possible.
I woke up this morning and did JUST that! And after TEN long hours of being on my knees, (HURRHURR) I've finally finished (HURRHURR AGAIN) my first self-portrait, and it came out extremly good.
Tommorow, as soon as I can, I'll scan it 12 thousand times, piece it all together in Phtoshop CS5

Mad jokers, LSD, and Halloween!

Inspiration has recently hit me in the face, and I realized that even though I've done several paintings to represent me/my view on Marijuana, I've never done one about LSD/Acid. Which is exactly why that's one of the themes of the painting I'm working on right now.
The painting is quite simple, really. It's on an acrylic canvas, and takes up the entire canvas. Nothing will be white, except maybe an extremely small part of the eye.
The painting is of me. Or rather, what I believe I look like to a lot of people, and how I see myself in my head. It's a self-portrait, so I'm the focus of the canvas, centered. I'm a joker, in the painting,
